Requirement:

Client wanted to move on from the old version of the framework and make his application in the newest version of the framework. Adding to that, he wanted to make the application fully responsive on the small and medium devices (mobile, tablet).

The Goals:

In the beginning of the project, the main emphasis was on moving old, legacy, code to the new version of the framework. Also with the complete redesign in both logic, code wise, and the user interface/UI.

The biggest requirement that client wanted was to implement is 2-3 charts on every overview page with them being, as mentioned before, fully responsive and to have the ability to track the loans and investments from his clients in every possible way.

Another challenge that we encountered is that we had to translate the whole database and backend code from German to English, without hampering the old/new code and, of course, not breaking the application itself.

After moving to new version of the framework, next step was implementing two way verification for specific numbers and IP adresses.

Also, client wanted to have the possibility of printing excel spreadsheets with all of the correct calculations from specific client of a bank or the whole bank itself.

After a couple of months and going through rigorous and intense testing, the app got approved and was released.
